Buttermilk Watercress And Cucumber Soup

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2 , peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
  Watercress leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Buttermilk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped dill 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place all ingredients in blender jar or food processor in batches.
Puree until smooth.
Taste for seasoning.
