Avocado Soup With Golden Caviar

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ripe avocados 2 , peeled, seeded and chopped
  Chicken stock 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Lemon/Lime 1 , juiced
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Golden caviar grains 3 (For Serving)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Saute the green onions 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the avocados and stir around.
Add the stock and lemon or lime juice; bring to a boil.
Cook 5 minutes.
Puree in blender, food processor, or food mill.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Reheat slowly.
Garnish with the caviar.
