Shrimp Ball Soup
|Dashi||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Green onions||2 , cut in 2 inch lengths on the diagonal|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Shrimp||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine dashi, water, green onions and soy; bring to boil and add balls.
Cook until balls rise to surface.
Adjust seasonings with salt
