Egg Drop And Sprout Soup
|Bean sprouts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh scallions||1 Tablespoon, minced|
Bring the stock to a boil in a medium-size saucepan.
While the stock heats, beat the egg with the water in a small bowl.
When the stock boils, begin stirring it and slowly pour in the egg, while stirring.
When all of the egg is added, quickly stir in the sprouts and scallions, remove from heat.
