Ingredients
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 20 Clove (100 gm)
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  French bread slices 6
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Bring water, salt and garlic to boil, lower heat and simmer 30 minutes.
Remove garlic and add olive oil.
Bring back to boil and gradually add eggs; let cook gently until eggs are set.
Add bread slices and let them soak up the broth.
