Bell Pepper Soup

Bell pepper soup can be well related to the coloured bell peppers from your mom's kitchen. The semi fried bell peppers with bacon can be a mouth watering dish for your young guests. Once tried you are bound to prepare bell pepper soup at your own kitchen.
Ingredients
  Bell pepper 2 Cup (32 tbs), finley minced
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced
  Carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Bacon slices 3 , minced
  Peeled and chopped ripe tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Beef stock/Chicken stock 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced
  Round steak 1 Pound
Directions

Saute bell pepper, onion, carrot, garlic and bacon until bacon is slightly browned.
Add tomatoes, stock, salt, pepper, basil and meat.
Cover, bring to boil, lower heat and simmer 45 minutes.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
