Tomato Orange Soup
|Orange juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Basil||1⁄4 Teaspoon, minced|
|Whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced chives||1 Teaspoon|
Combine juices, wine and basil.
Chill, adjust with salt and peppers.
Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and minced chives.
