Bean Soup

Bean Soup is something which every single person in your family will enjoy. I dedicate this recipe to all those who love Bean Soup. Make this for sure.
Ingredients
  Dry white beans 1 Pound
  Water 2 Quart
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ham hock/1/4 pound diced salt pork 1 Pound (Or Ham Bone)
  Tomato 1 , peeled and chopped
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Soak beans in water overnight and drain.
If salt pork is used, saute it in a skillet until browned, adding onion and garlic during the last few minutes; or saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add to crock cooker along with beans, water, and all other ingredients except vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Cook at Low for 10 to 12 hours.
At serving time, stir in vinegar, mash beans slightly, and add salt and pepper to taste
