|Chicken stock||500 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|White of leek||125 Milliliter, finely sliced (1/2 Cup)|
|Broccoli||60 Milliliter, broken into flowerets (1/4 Cup)|
|Snow peas||60 Milliliter, cut into small pieces (1/4 Cup)|
|Green leeks||2 , julienned (Leaves)|
– In a saucepan, bring chicken stock to a boiL Add leek whites and broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
– Add snow peas and cook for 1 minute. Add leek leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning and serve.
