Ingredients
  Chicken stock 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  White of leek 125 Milliliter, finely sliced (1/2 Cup)
  Broccoli 60 Milliliter, broken into flowerets (1/4 Cup)
  Snow peas 60 Milliliter, cut into small pieces (1/4 Cup)
  Green leeks 2 , julienned (Leaves)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a saucepan, bring chicken stock to a boiL Add leek whites and broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
–  Add snow peas and cook for 1 minute. Add leek leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning and serve.
