Cantaloupe Soup

Ingredients
  Ripe cantaloupe 1 Medium, peeled, seeded, chopped
  Plain yogurt 60 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Orange juice 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Sour cream 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Fresh chopped basil 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Fresh grated ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Peeled, 2 Milliliter)
  Cognac/Brandy 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

–  Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Pour mixture through sieve into a soup tureen. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
