Sunday'S Oyster Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Carrot 1⁄2 , julienned
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 , julienned
  Zucchini 1 , julienned
  Flour 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Milk 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Oysters 250 Milliliter, drained keep juice (1 Cup)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Chives 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a saucepan, melt butter and cook vegetables over low heat for 4 minutes. Add flour and cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and oyster juice. Let mixture thicken while stirring.
–  Add oysters. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Cook 5 minutes longer. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
