Ingredients
  Chicken stock 250 Milliliter (1 cup)
  Beef stock 250 Milliliter (1 cup)
  Tomato juice 250 Milliliter (1 cup)
  Carrots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced (60 ml)
  Turnips 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced (60 ml)
  Tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced (60 ml)
  Spinach 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), slivered (60 ml)
  Basil 1 Teaspoon, chopped (5 ml)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a saucepan, bring chicken and beef stock along with tomato juice to a boil. Add carrots and turnips and simmer for 15 minutes. Add tomato and spinach. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 1 minute.
–  Adjust seasoning. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
