|Water||1 9⁄10 Liter (8 Cups)|
|Low sodium soy sauce||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Tomato juice||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Yeast||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Onions||2 , chopped|
Add seitan mix to water in mixing bowl.
Stir, then knead until well mixed and elastic, about 5 minutes.
Form dough into a 2 1/2-inch thick log form and let rest 5 minutes while preparing Broth.
Cut into 1-inch pieces before immersing into Broth.
Seitan Mix Broth: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring broth to a boil, add seitan pieces and simmer until most of the liquid is gone.
