Favorite Chicken Soup - Part 2

Peggy Roloff's homemade quick and easy chicken soup. Grandma on Little People, Big World works in the kitchen.
Ingredients
  Leftover chicken meat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Jasmine rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiled vegetable 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Separate the meat and the bones from the leftover chicken.

MAKING
2.Boil the chicken meat with water.
3.Add salt and pepper.
4.Cover it and let it simmer on medium flame.

SERVING
5.Serve hot with boiled vegetables and rice.

TIP
Try to separate more of dark meat as it has more flavor.
