Quick Egg Drop Soup

Egg Drop Soup are a delightful addition to your dinner spread for your party. This tasty soup will surely get your guests rushing to the table and asking for second serves sooner than you can imagine!! Trust me, the Egg Drop Soup is going to be a hit! Try it! !
  Pork bone 1 1⁄2 Pound (1 Pork Bone)
  Boiling water 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Fresh ginger root slices 1
  Rice wine/Dry sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Chopped green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped ham 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh snow peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Place pork bone in a large pot with 6 to 8 cups boiling water.
Add ginger root and wine.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 2 hours.
Remove bone and discard.
Add salt to broth.
Combine water and cornstarch in a small bowl to make a paste.
Stir cornstarch paste into broth.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Beat eggs well and pour into broth.
Remove from heat.
Quickly stir in one direction only to form egg threads.
Remove from heat.
Add green onion, pepper, ham and sesame oil.
Garnish with snow peas if desired.
