Healthy Energy Soup

Energy soup can be made with different recipes and ingredients. You can be as creative as you want. One of my favorite recipe.
Ingredients
  Sunflower greens 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chop
  Lambsquarter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chop
  Purslane 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chop
  Pine nut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), soaked in water for 1 hour, drained well
  Apple 2 Small, dice
  Avacado 1 Medium, dice
  Dulse 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chop
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Blend all the ingredients with water except for the greens.
2. Once done add the greens and blend well.

SERVING
3. Serve as an Appetizer.
