This wild foods energy soup is made of all raw and garden fresh ingredient. It has apple, sprouts and many nutritious foods in it. It is much like a blended salad. Try out once.
Ingredients
  Apple 2
  Sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pine nuts 1 Tablespoon
  Greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plantain 1
  Dill 1 Tablespoon
  Raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Blend all the ingredients together in to smooth texture.
Adjust salt to taste.
Serve the Wild foods energy soup.
