Chicken Talumein Soup
|Chicken stock||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Cooked shredded chicken||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Carrot||1⁄2 , parboiled and cut into leaves or diagonally cut slices|
|Cabbage leaves||2 , roughly torn|
|Boiled noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Corn flour||2 Tablespoon, dissolved|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soya sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Mix stock, salt, pepper, sugar, soya sauce and ajinomoto.
Add cornflour paste, stirring continuously.
Add vegetables and shredded chicken.
Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add boiled noodles, remove from fire.
