Easy Beef And Vegetable Soup
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Canned cut green beans||8 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Thinly sliced cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Beef broth||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Homemade, Canned Or From Bouillon Cubes)|
|Tomato juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Put frozen broccoli into a 3-quart glass casserole. Heat uncovered in microwave oven just until defrosted (3 to 4 minutes at High); stir once to separate.
2. Add green beans with liquid, cabbage, celery, onion and broth. Cover with an all-glass lid or plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven 16 to 18 minutes at High, or until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in tomato juice. Set aside.
