|Unrefined olive oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Onion||120 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cup)|
|Cold water||960 Milliliter (4 Cups)|
|Garbanzo flour||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Soy sauce||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic powder||1 Pinch|
|Sweet basil leaves||1 Teaspoon, crushed (5 Milliliter)|
Preheat heavy saucepan, then add oil and onion and saute until soft.
Add 1 cup cold water.
Stir in flour until smooth.
Stir in remaining water gradually.
Let cook over medium-low heat until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally, or over higher heat stirring constandy.
Do not allow to boil.
