A Pea Pod Spinach Soup is a simple, delicious, hot and refreshing soup. And the fact which makes me exalted is the fact that my kids love this Pea Pod Spinach Soup. Great to eat!
  Chicken broth 720 Milliliter (3 Cups)
  Vegetable broth/Additional chicken broth 720 Milliliter (3 Cups)
  Red cayenne pepper 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Peas 2 Ounce, stringed and halved crosswise (60 Grams Snow Peas, 1 Package)
  Spinach leaves 480 Milliliter, torn and stems removed (2 Cups)
  Tofu 240 Milliliter, drained and broken into chunks (1 Cup)
  Enoki mushrooms 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Green onions 3 , chopped

Heat broths in Dutch oven or 3-quart saucepan; add soy sauce and red pepper; simmer 2 minutes.
Add snow peas, spinach leaves and tofu chunks.
Cut off bottom 1/2 inch of enoki mushroom stems; add to soup with chopped onion.
Simmer 1 minute.
