Pea Pod Spinach Soup

|Chicken broth||720 Milliliter (3 Cups)|
|Vegetable broth/Additional chicken broth||720 Milliliter (3 Cups)|
|Red cayenne pepper||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Peas||2 Ounce, stringed and halved crosswise (60 Grams Snow Peas, 1 Package)|
|Spinach leaves||480 Milliliter, torn and stems removed (2 Cups)|
|Tofu||240 Milliliter, drained and broken into chunks (1 Cup)|
|Enoki mushrooms||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Green onions||3 , chopped|
Heat broths in Dutch oven or 3-quart saucepan; add soy sauce and red pepper; simmer 2 minutes.
Add snow peas, spinach leaves and tofu chunks.
Cut off bottom 1/2 inch of enoki mushroom stems; add to soup with chopped onion.
Simmer 1 minute.
