Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Faded lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs), hand torn
  Rice 3 Tablespoon, cooked
  Frozen green peas 10 Ounce
  Chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Dill 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄2
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , thinly sliced
  Fresh dill sprigs 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a saucepan, melt butter.
Saute onions.
While stirring, add lettuce.
Continue cooking until limp.
Fold in rice, peas and broth.
Season with dill, salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon peel.
Bring to a boil.
Cover.
Over low heat, simmer 20 minutes.
In a blender, puree mixture.
Return to saucepan.
Reheat.
Fold in cream.
Serve hot.
