Hot & Sour Soup
|Condensed chicken broth||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Can (25 oz)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|White distilled vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Pepper sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Green onion with tops||2 , chopped|
Combine chicken broth, water, mushrooms, cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar and pepper sauce in medium savjce-pan.
Bring to boil over high heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
Gradually pour egg into boiling soup, stirring constantly in 1 direction.
Remove from heat; stir in green onions.
Garnish with additional chopped green onions or cilantro, as desired.
