Strawberry And Mint Soup

May is fresh strawberry season in Virginia, and Chef Maxwell has a tasty treat for you to enjoy, Strawberry soup. Here's the Chef!
Ingredients
  Strawberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), washed and sliced
  Sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Heavy whipping cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Orange juice 2 Ounce
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
For garnishing
  Strawberries 3 Small, sliced
  Mint leaves 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, add the strawberries, honey, orange juice and sour cream. Using a hand blender, blend the ingredients well until nice and smooth.
2. Stir in the heavy whipping cream and continue blending until well incorporated and smooth. Once done, set the bowl aside to cool it down.

FINALIZING
3. Take a soup bowl, pour in the cool strawberry soup and decorate the center of the soup with strawberry slices.

SERVING
4. Serve the strawberry soup immediately garnished with mint leaves.
