Chicken Soup

This vintage vignette will teach you how to make Mark's Duck (or Turkey) Soup.
Ingredients
  Water 2 Quart
  Diced onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery stalks 2 , diced
  Diced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken bullion cubes 2
  Diced potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced leeks 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Add vegetables to boiling water. Then add 2 chicken bouillon cubes.

Simmer the soup for 1/2 an hour.

Dice potatoes and celery , drop them in the soup after 30 minutes.

Add shredded cooked duck and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and serve with crackers.
