Iced Cucumber And Beet Soup

|Chopped peeled cucumber||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked beets||1 Cup (16 tbs), julienned|
|Minced garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Sour cream||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh chives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place cucumbers, beets, and garlic in a stainless-steel bowl and add the sour cream, mixing all ingredients gently.
Add milk slowly until well blended.
Blend in parsley and chives.
