Ingredients
  Dried mushrooms 4 , soaked in hot water for 25 minutes (Black Colored, Winter)
  Szechuan preserved vegetables 100 Gram, finely sliced
  Chinese pickled green vegetables 100 Gram, finely sliced
  Spring onions 3 , finely chopped
  Ginger root slice 3 (Fresh)
  Water 850 Milliliter
  Rice wine/Dry sherry 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Light soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Tofu cakes 2 , finely sliced
  Cornflour mixture 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Drain mushrooms, discard stalks, squeeze out all the liquid, then slice very finely.
In a medium saucepan, bring all the ingredients except cornflour (cornstarch) mixture and sesame oil to the boil; cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in cornflour (cornstarch) mixture, simmer, still stirring, until thickened then add sesame oil.
