Ingredients
  Condensed black bean soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Condensed beef consomme 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sherry/Madeira / lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Rum 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , thinly sliced
  Hard cooked eggs 3
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

Put in the blender the black bean soup, consomme, sherry, and rum; blend until smooth.
Pour into a pan and heat, but do not boil.
Spoon into bowls; float a lemon slice on top of each serving; sprinkle with sieved hard-cooked egg yolks, chopped egg whites, and parsley.
