Quick Black Bean Soup
|Condensed black bean soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Condensed beef consomme||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sherry/Madeira / lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon||1 , thinly sliced|
|Hard cooked eggs||3|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon, minced|
Put in the blender the black bean soup, consomme, sherry, and rum; blend until smooth.
Pour into a pan and heat, but do not boil.
Spoon into bowls; float a lemon slice on top of each serving; sprinkle with sieved hard-cooked egg yolks, chopped egg whites, and parsley.
