Sweet And Sour Soup has a good taste. The mix of mushrooms adds up the taste of Sweet And Sour Soup. Sweet And Sour Soup is an easy to prepare Soup.
  Chinese mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Tofu 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Pickles in vinegar 3 Tablespoon, julienned
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

In a saucepan, bring both broths to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat both oils.
Saute vegetables and garlic 2 minutes or so, until vegetables are just tender crisp.
Set aside.
Pour rice vinegar and soy sauce into broth mixture.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add sauteed vegetables, tofu and pickles.
Season to taste.
