Warming Winter Soup!! For all those who love sipping on a hot well flavored soup in winters, the Warming Winter Soup is meant for you! I just know that you re gonna get hooked to this tasty and nutritious Warming Winter Soup with the first sip! Try it!
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Leek 1 Large, finley sliced
  Carrots 2 Large, peeled and thinly sliced
  Cubed potato 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled
  Cauliflower 1 Small, divided into florets
  Celery sticks 2 , finely chopped
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Fatty bacon slice 2 , rind removed and chopped
  Mixed herbs 1 Teaspoon
  Beef bouillon/Chicken bouillon 4 1⁄4 Cup (68 tbs) (Well Flavored)
  Ground black pepper To Taste

1 Put the butter into a 2.25-2.75 litre/4-5 pint (10-12 cup) mixing bowl and microwave on full power for 1 1/2 minutes to melt.
2 Stir in the leek, carrots, potato, cauliflower florets, celery, onion and bacon. Mix well.
3 Cover with plastic wrap and pierce. Microwave on full power for 4 minutes.
4 Stir in the herbs, stock (bouillon) and pepper to taste.
5 Cover with plastic wrap and pierce. Microwave on full power for 17 minutes, stirring once, half way through cooking.
6 Allow to stand, covered, for 6 minutes before serving with grated cheese and French bread.
