Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs), boiling (Canned/Freshly Made/Made With Chicken Stock Base)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), undiluted
  Lemon slices 3
Directions

Place spinach in boiling chicken broth; cook for 2 minutes after it returns to a boil.
Add parsley and pour into blender; whirl until smooth.
Drop egg yolks into whirling soup.
Season with salt and pepper.
Return to pan and stir in milk.
