|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs), boiling (Canned/Freshly Made/Made With Chicken Stock Base)|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs), undiluted|
Place spinach in boiling chicken broth; cook for 2 minutes after it returns to a boil.
Add parsley and pour into blender; whirl until smooth.
Drop egg yolks into whirling soup.
Season with salt and pepper.
Return to pan and stir in milk.
