Smoked Fish Soup

Ingredients
  Onions 2
  Bay leaf 1
  Carrots 2
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Potato 1 Large
  Fish stock/Water stock 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Sprig thyme 1
  Smoked haddock 2 Pound (1 Fish)
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 , grated
  Parsley 8 Ounce (1 Bunch)
Directions

Melt chopped onions, carrots, and peeled potato in butter.
Add fish and other ingredients except the cream and the nutmeg.
Simmer till vegetables and fish are cooked.
Remove bones from fish and return flesh to soup.
Discard parsley and thyme and bay leaf.
Sieve soup.
Reheat.
