Smoked Fish Soup
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Fish stock/Water stock||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Smoked haddock||2 Pound (1 Fish)|
|Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Nutmeg||1⁄2 , grated|
|Parsley||8 Ounce (1 Bunch)|
Melt chopped onions, carrots, and peeled potato in butter.
Add fish and other ingredients except the cream and the nutmeg.
Simmer till vegetables and fish are cooked.
Remove bones from fish and return flesh to soup.
Discard parsley and thyme and bay leaf.
