Ingredients
  Olive oil 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Onions 125 Milliliter, finely chopped (1/2 Cup)
  Tomatoes 125 Milliliter, peeled and diced (1/2 Cup)
  Clam juice 8 Ounce (250 Milliliter, 1 Bottle)
  Fish fillets 1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram, Fresh/Frozen)
  White wine/One 250 milliliter cup white wine and one 250 milliliter cup water 500 Milliliter (2 Cup)
  Instant rice 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
For serving
  Crackers 20
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

€¢ Place the olive oil, onions and tomatoes in an 8-cup (2 L) microwave-safe bowl, stir well. Microwave 4 minutes at HIGH.
€¢ Add the remaining ingredients. Microwave 10 to 12 minutes at HIGH, stirring halfway through the cooking.
€¢ Serve with crackers that have been buttered and generously sprinkled with sesame seeds.
€¢ Place in a circle on a paper plate, toast 1 minute at HIGH for each 6 crackers, let cool on a rack.
