Broccoli-Ham Soup

Ingredients
  Finely chopped ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Olive oil/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Canned solid pack tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen chopped broccoli/2 cups fresh chopped broccoli 10 Ounce, prepared according to package direction (1 Package)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken bouillon cubes/Beef bouillon cubes / stock 4 Cup (64 tbs), condensed
  Uncooked elbow macaroni/Shell / spiral macaroni 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a 2-quart pan, saute the chopped ham and garlic in olive oil until delicately browned.
Add the tomatoes, broccoli, nutmeg, and bouillon; simmer for about 20 minutes.
Add the uncooked macaroni and continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
