Creamy Vegetable Salmon Soup
|Thinly sliced cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced dill leaves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Condensed cream of vegetable soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned salmon||8 Ounce, drained and flaked (1 Can)|
Cook cucumber, onion, and dill in butter until partially tender.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Heat, but do not boil.
