Chilled Beet Soup

Ingredients
  Canned sliced beets 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Canned regular strength beef broth 14 Ounce (1 Can)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Caraway seed 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Whole clove 1
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a 5-cup electric blender container, combine beets and their liquid, broth, lemon juice, honey, caraway seed, salt, and clove.
Whirl smooth and chill.
