Corn Soup

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , minced
  Corn germ oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Fresh corn 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cut from 3-4 ears
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Powdered milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Tablespoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute onion in corn germ oil until soft, then add caraway seeds, corn, salt, and stock.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
In another saucepan combine milk with powdered milk and yeast, heating to a boil Brown flour in a little butter and slowly add to milk mixture.
Combine the milk and corn mixtures, cooking 5 minutes longer.
Serve hot.
