Cherry Wine Soup

Ingredients
  Red cherries/Use soaked dried cherries 2 Pound, pitted
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 2
  Whole cloves 2
  Almond extract 2 Drop
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Red wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Arrowroot 4 Tablespoon
  Cold water 6 Tablespoon
  Honey To Taste
Directions

Simmer cherries in water with seasonings until soft.
Press through sieve or whirl in blender.
Add wine and honey to taste.
Place over heat; when hot, add arrowroot blended with cold water to a smooth consistency.
Cook slowly, stirring constantly until clear.
