Vegetable Soup With Hard Boiled Eggs
|Potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Cabbage||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Eggs||4 , hard cooked,chopped|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
Boil diced potatoes and onion together in 2 cups boiling salted water.
Add chopped cabbage and celery when potatoes are partially cooked.
When vegetables are fully cooked add heated milk and chopped eggs.
