Beef Soup With Pasta
|Canned tomatoes||29 Ounce (1 Can, 2 1/2 Size)|
|Chopped celery and leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onions||2 , chopped|
|Rice/Orzo / egg noodles||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Beef bones||2 Pound (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Cover beef bones with water and bring to a boil.
Add can tomatoes.
Saute chopped vegetables in butter for 10 minutes.
Add to bones and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 2 hours, or until meat is tender.
Strain and press vegetables through a sieve.
Add rice, orzo, or noodles and cook until tender.
If beef shank is used, remove meat from bones when tender, cut in small pieces, and add to soup.
