Beef Soup With Pasta

Ingredients
  Canned tomatoes 29 Ounce (1 Can, 2 1/2 Size)
  Chopped celery and leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Rice/Orzo / egg noodles 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Beef bones 2 Pound (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cover beef bones with water and bring to a boil.
Add can tomatoes.
Saute chopped vegetables in butter for 10 minutes.
Add to bones and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 2 hours, or until meat is tender.
Strain and press vegetables through a sieve.
Add rice, orzo, or noodles and cook until tender.
If beef shank is used, remove meat from bones when tender, cut in small pieces, and add to soup.
