Pioneer Potato Soup

Ingredients
  Milk/Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken stock 1 Quart
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Marjoram/Dill weed / cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄4
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sliced carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 4 , chopped
  Paprika To Taste (For Garnish)
  Sliced green onions 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
  Cooked crumbled bacon 1 Teaspoon (Crisp, For Garnish)
  Chopped pimiento 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
  Snipped chives/Parsley / grated parmesan cheese 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except milk, flour, and garnishes in a large saucepan. Bring to boiling; simmer 30 minutes.
2. Gradually add milk to flour, stirring until smooth. Stir into soup.
3. Bring soup to boiling; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Garnish as desired.
