Asian Spinach And Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  Bamboo shoots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Spinach 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried black mushrooms 4
  Stock 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Sesame oil 4 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

1. Soak dried mushrooms.
2. Cut spinach leaves in l inch sections. Slice bamboo shoots and soaked mushrooms.
3. Bring stock to a boil. Add mushrooms and bamboo shoots and simmer, covered, 10 minutes.
4. Add spinach and simmer, uncovered, 2 minutes more. Season with salt and sesame oil.
