Spinach And Dandelion Soup
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Eggs||2 , hardboiled and chopped|
|Dandelion greens||3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped (Fresh)|
|Fresh spinach||3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped|
|Green onions||3 , chopped|
|Chicken soup stock||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
To the soup stock, add the dandelion greens, spinach, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Cook until the greens are tender, and offer in bowls with the nutmeg and eggs.
