Spinach And Dandelion Soup

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Eggs 2 , hardboiled and chopped
  Dandelion greens 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped (Fresh)
  Fresh spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Chicken soup stock 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

To the soup stock, add the dandelion greens, spinach, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Cook until the greens are tender, and offer in bowls with the nutmeg and eggs.
