This Pork And Cucumber Soup is a pleasure to eat! If you are lazy to try out a difficult soup, you can perhaps think of Pork And Cucumber Soup which will not take much of your time. Easy and quick!
Ingredients
  Lean pork 1⁄4 Pound
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Cucumber 1
  Stock/Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Slice pork thin. Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and sherry. Add to pork and toss to coat.
2. Peel cucumber. Cut in half lengthwise; then scoop out seeds. Slice 1/4 inch thick.
3. Bring stock to a boil. Add pork and simmer, covered, 8 minutes.
4. Stir in cucumber and simmer until translucent, only a minute or two. Stir in salt and remaining soy sauce.
