Gundruk And Sinki Soup

This Gundruk and Sinki Soup tastes incredible ! I love to have this Sikkimese fermented vegetable as an accompaniment also with a bowl of rice ! Try this Gundruk and Sinki and tell me if you like it !
Ingredients
  Gundruk/Sinki 50 Gram
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped
  Dry red chilli 2
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Soak Gundruk/Sinki in water for 10 min.
Fry chopped onions with tomatoes and chillies till the onions get golden brown.
Add the drained and soaked Gundruk/Sinki to the fried onions, add turmeric powder and salt.
Cook the mixture with 2 cups of water for 10 minutes.
