Quick Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  Vegetable stock 2 Liter
  Carrots 100 Gram, thinly sliced
  French beans 100 , finely chopped
  Cauliflower 60 Gram, broken into small florets
  Peas 60 Gram
  Broccoli 60 Gram, broken into small florets
  Salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Bring stock to the boil.
Add carrots, beans, cauliflower and peas.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add broccoli and cook 2-3 minutes or until tender.
Season to taste.
