8 Shredded And 5 Ingredients Soup
|Chinese stock||1 1⁄2 Liter|
|Fresh root ginger||15 Gram, peeled and chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Onion||25 Gram, chopped|
|Shiitake mushrooms||25 Gram, soaked for 20 minutes|
|Dried shrimps||25 Gram, soaked|
|Spring onions||2 , shredded|
|Peeled prawns||3 Large, shredded|
|Chinese cabbage||100 Gram, finely shredded|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon, garnish|
Heat the stock in a wok or large saucepan and bring to the boil.
Add the ginger, garlic and onion.
Chop the mushrooms.
Drain and chop the shrimps.
Add the mushrooms and shrimps to the stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the shredded spring onions, prawns and Chinese cabbage and simmer for a further 2 minutes.
To serve, pour into warmed soup bowls and sprinkle sesame oil on top.
