Fish And Spinach Soup

Ingredients
  Fish stock 1 1⁄2 Liter (6 Cups)
  Light soy sauce 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Ginger 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Spinach leaves 10 Ounce, cut in 3/4 inch pieces (300 Grams)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Toss fish slices in cornstarch to coat.
2 Bring stock to a boil. Add soy sauce, wine and fish pieces. Simmer covered for 6 minutes. Add spinach, cook uncovered until bright green, 1--2 minutes. Adjust seasonings and serve.
