Fish And Spinach Soup
|Fish stock||1 1⁄2 Liter (6 Cups)|
|Light soy sauce||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Ginger||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Spinach leaves||10 Ounce, cut in 3/4 inch pieces (300 Grams)|
1 Toss fish slices in cornstarch to coat.
2 Bring stock to a boil. Add soy sauce, wine and fish pieces. Simmer covered for 6 minutes. Add spinach, cook uncovered until bright green, 1--2 minutes. Adjust seasonings and serve.
