Chilled Cantaloupe Soup

Ingredients
  Cantaloupes 3 Medium, halved
  Dry sherry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mint leaves 2
Directions

Discard seeds from cantaloupes.
Scoop pulp from each cantaloupe, leaving shells 1/2 inch thick.
Cut a thin slice from bottom of each shell, being careful not to cut a hole in shell.
Combine cantaloupe pulp, sherry, sugar, and orange juice in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Chill mixture thoroughly.
