This Chicken Soup makes an ideal first course for a light dinner. Try out this flavorful chicken pieces in an abundance of delicious stock. Tell me how you find this Chicken Soup.
Ingredients
  Chicken 1 Small
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cover the chicken with water, add salt and boil it for half an hour or so.
When the chicken is quite soft, remove it. (The flesh can be fried or cooked with spices.)
Put the bones and liver back into the stock and boil for fifteen more minutes.
Strain and serve hot.
